Effitech IT Solutions is a one-person IT business in Pittsville, MD. When you call, email or book a time, you get the person who’ll do the work.
Background
10+ years across WAN/LAN, server administration, Microsoft 365, structured cabling, WiFi and Starlink deployments, point-to-point wireless, security cameras and POS systems. That covers help desk, systems administration and field work: on the phone with users, in the server room and up a ladder running cable.
How I work
Honest, efficient, effective. That’s the company motto, and in practice it means:
- Honest. You get a straight answer, including “this isn’t worth fixing” or “you don’t need me for this”.
- Efficient. Quoted before work starts and billed in small increments, so you pay for the time the job actually takes.
- Effective. Done properly the first time, then documented and handed to you.
Liability insured. Everything I install gets documented and handed over to you.
