How billing works. On-site and install work has a 1-hour minimum, then bills in 15-minute increments.
Remote sessions have no 1-hour minimum. They bill in 15- or 30-minute increments, depending on the job. If it turns out to be a five-minute fix, I'll be reasonable about it.
Projects are quoted in writing before work starts. No contracts.
What’s not in the hourly rate
Equipment and materials (cable, racks, access points, cameras, recorders) are quoted separately as part of a project quote. You’ll see them itemized before you approve anything.
Questions people ask
Is there a contract? No. Hourly work is billed when it’s done, and monitoring is month to month.
What if it’s a quick fix? If it turns out to be a five-minute fix, I'll be reasonable about it.
How do I pay? You get an invoice by email and can pay online by card or PayPal.
