Setup
- Email on your domain. Mailboxes, shared mailboxes (like info@ or orders@) and the DNS records that keep your mail out of spam folders.
- Accounts and MFA. One account per person, multi-factor sign-in turned on, and admin access kept separate from day-to-day accounts.
- Files and sharing. OneDrive and SharePoint set up so shared files live in one place instead of on one person’s desktop.
- Teams and calendars. Shared calendars, Teams chats and meetings.
- Moving in. Migrating email and files from Gmail, an old host or a previous Microsoft setup.
Ongoing support

When someone leaves
