Monitoring & updates
A small agent on each computer reports in. Updates get applied, disk space and health get watched, and you hear from me before a small problem turns into a bad day. $10 per computer per month.
What you get
- Updates applied. Windows updates installed on a schedule, not left waiting for months.
- Health watched. Low disk space, failing drives, stopped services and computers that have gone quiet get flagged to me.
- A heads-up first. When something looks wrong, I let you know and tell you what I recommend before it causes downtime.
- Faster fixes. Because the computer is already enrolled, remote help can start straight away.
What it costs
$10 per computer per month. No contract, so you can add or remove computers whenever you like. Fixing what monitoring finds is billed at the normal remote or on-site rates, and you’ll always hear what it is first.
Good for
Small offices that want their computers looked after without hiring an IT company on contract, and homes with a family computer that keeps falling behind on updates.
