Remote IT support
Most software problems don’t need a house call. I connect to your computer with your permission, you watch everything I do on screen, and you can end the session any time.
How a session works
- Book a time or call (410) 914-7776.
- Connect. I send you a link to a small remote support tool. You run it and give me the session code, and I can see your screen.
- Fix it while you watch. I explain what I’m doing as I go.
- Disconnect. When we’re done, the session ends.

If it turns out to be hardware, WiFi coverage or cabling, I’ll tell you and we can set up an on-site visit instead.

Remote sessions have no 1-hour minimum. They bill in 15- or 30-minute increments, depending on the job. If it turns out to be a five-minute fix, I'll be reasonable about it. Remote help is available anywhere in the US.
