Subcontract field work
If you’re an MSP or contractor with clients on the Eastern Shore, I can be your hands on-site, so you don’t have to send someone across the bridge for a half-day job.
What I can take on
- Cabling and rack work. Cat6 runs, terminations, patch panels, rack builds and closet clean-ups.
- Network installs. Mounting and cabling access points, switches and firewalls, configured to your spec or with your team on the phone.
- Wireless. Point-to-point links and Starlink installs.
- Cameras and POS. Installs and on-site troubleshooting.
- Smart hands. Rebooting, swapping hardware, reading off serial numbers, tracing a cable, or being the person on-site while your engineer works remotely.
How it works
- $125/hr, billed to you, not your client.
- Work done to your standards and your documentation format. Photos and notes sent back after every visit.
- Your client is your client. I represent your company on-site and don’t solicit your customers.
Coverage
On-site across Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset counties, MD, and most of Sussex County, DE.
How billing works. On-site and install work has a 1-hour minimum, then bills in 15-minute increments.
Remote sessions have no 1-hour minimum. They bill in 15- or 30-minute increments, depending on the job. If it turns out to be a five-minute fix, I'll be reasonable about it.
Projects are quoted in writing before work starts. No contracts.
